Makeup Policy

Tuition reserves a consistent weekly lesson time and is based on 48 lessons per year.

Student Cancellations

Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to qualify for a makeup lesson. Students may receive up to one makeup lesson every two months, including cancellations due to illness. Additional makeups may be approved by the instructor based on availability and the student’s individual circumstances.

Makeup lessons are not guaranteed and must be completed within 60 days. A makeup lesson cannot be rescheduled a second time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed lessons are not eligible for a makeup, credit, or refund.

Teacher or Studio Cancellations

If an instructor or the studio cancels a lesson, a makeup lesson or account credit will be provided. These cancellations do not count toward the student’s makeup limit.

Emergencies

Please contact the studio as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered for serious emergencies at the discretion of the instructor and studio.

Studio Closures

Tuition already accounts for scheduled holiday closures and studio breaks. These closures do not require makeup lessons or credits.

Makeup lessons have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another student, and must be used while the student remains actively enrolled.
